We’re thrilled to announce some exciting new programs coming to Sonoma Art School this fall! From special seasonal workshops to an ongoing series of after-school art classes, here’s what’s coming up. Take a look below for our special offer of free after-school classes in October!
Halloween Workshops
🎃 Halloween & Día de los Muertos Workshops 🎨
Get ready for a creative celebration of two beloved traditions! We’re hosting two special one-day workshops filled with festive art projects inspired by Halloween and Día de los Muertos. Young artists and their families will have the opportunity to create colorful, eco-friendly arts projects such as sugar skull art, spooky-themed paintings, pumpkin collages, Q-tip skeletons, and more. Join us for these drop-in workshops anytime during the 3 hour workshop. A guardian is required to assist ages 3 - 6. Guardians optional for ages 7 - 12. Scholarships are available upon request.
• Dates: October 19th & 26th
• Ages: Open to kids aged 3-12
• Location: Healdsburg Community Nursery School (ages 3-6) or Westside School (ages 7-12)

After-School Classes
🖌️ Monthly After-School Art Classes Starting in November
We’re excited to introduce our new series of monthly after-school art classes, beginning in November. We feel the new monthly option provides more flexibility for families. These classes will offer a structured yet fun environment for kids to explore various artistic techniques and mediums, from painting and drawing to mixed media and comics & characters. Each month will feature a different theme, encouraging young artists to expand their skills and creativity.
• Start Date: November 7th
• Schedule: Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
• Ages: 6-17

As a special offer, anyone who signs up for the November after-school art classes will be eligible for free after-school art workshops throughout October.
