After-school Ceramics: Hand-Building and Wheel, Oct. 2025.
Hello Friends of Sonoma Art School,
We’re excited to offer more fun programs this fall into winter: from festive Halloween & Dia de los Muertos and a Seasonal Holiday Workshop in December to ongoing after-school ceramics classes and no-school mini camps - SAS has it happening for artists of all ages. With Dragonfly Farm as our latest partner and venue, we invite all ages to experience the synchronicity between art and nature!
🎃 Halloween & Día de los Muertos - Art in the Garden
Dragonfly Farm, Healdsburg, Oct. 25th, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Ages 2.5 - adult – special event filled with festive art projects inspired by the season. Drop in or drop-off. Parents and child care providers get a break either way. 🎨
“Art and Play” – upcoming event is Oct. 19 and every 3rd Saturday after that for ages 2.5 – 5. The focus is on open choice art projects with a rich and varied array of materials with mixed media, recycled and a nature treasure hunt for plant materials from the garden. Ongoing 3rd Saturdays through May 26.
***NEW*** “No-school mini-camps” are designed to accommodate parents and children on no-school days for ages 2.5 – 5. One day, 2 day and spring break options.
After-school Ceramics: Wheel and Hand-Building resumes with the next 6-week session on Weds. beginning Oct. 15th – Nov. 19th. Ages 8 – 15, beginning and continuing students.
Seasonal Holiday Event in the Garden and/or Studio (rain or shine). Dragonfly Farm - December 13, 10:00 - 1:00.
Winter after-school Mixed Media Magic, Studio Art and more ceramics classes begin after the Holiday break. Please stay tuned for more information.
